About the Bakery
The Bread Doctor, Ezdan Fluckiger, runs a bakery that produces artisan breads and pastries from the best quality ingredients. Established in 2013 in Torrington, Wyoming, the bakery is committed to the traditional methods of hand-making loaves, rolls, and pastries. By its very nature, artisan baking produces baked goods that are unique in shape and distinctive in flavor. Long fermentation times allow for more complex flavors in the finished product. Various methods of pre-fermentation and straight dough methods are used in the bakery. Please come and visit us in downtown Torrington, where we are open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
